    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that encompasses all stages of the customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
    • Manage and Run Performance Marketing Campaigns across facebook, google & Linkedin.
    • Use a variety of channels to drive traffic and conversions, including paid media, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.
    • Oversee and optimize our performance marketing efforts to ensure efficient customer acquisition and strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Design and implement retention strategies that increase customer engagement and minimize churn.
    • Analyze campaign performance and pivot strategies based on data insights and market trends.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
    • Manage budget allocations for marketing campaigns, forecasting spending vs. performance outcomes.
    • Regularly conduct A/B tests to refine campaigns and improve efficiency across all channels.
    • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
