- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Researching similar products to help the marketing team determine what customers want and how to surpass their needs.
- Track and analyse business development performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development and Sales, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading a team, achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of printing and packaging processes, materials, and industry trends is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software (Eg. Salesforce) would be an added advantage.
