    Job Description :

    We are seeking a talented Oracle Sales CX Consultant with experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Sales Cloud modules to join our team.


    As an Oracle Sales CX Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Sales Cloud solutions to meet our clients' business requirements and drive sales effectiveness.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Implementation : Lead the implementation of Oracle Sales Cloud modules, including Sales Force Automation, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, and Territory Management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices
    • Requirement Gathering :
    Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, understand their sales processes, and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of Oracle Sales Cloud to meet their specific needs

    • Configuration :
    Configure Oracle Sales Cloud application settings, workflows, and user interface customizations to align with client requirements and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness

    • User Training :
    Conduct user training sessions to educate sales teams on the use of Oracle Sales Cloud applications, features, and functionalities, ensuring proper adoption and utilization of the system

    • Post-Implementation Support :
    Provide post-implementation support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and addressing system enhancements or customizations as needed

    • Customization :
    Utilize Oracle Application Composer and other development tools to customize Oracle Sales Cloud applications, extend standard functionality, and develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations

    • Stakeholder Collaboration :

    Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT departments to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and integration to drive business growth and improve sales performance.


    Qualifications :

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications in Oracle Sales Cloud are a plus.
    • Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Sales Cloud modules in a consulting or corporate environment.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud modules, including Sales Force Automation, Opportunity Management, Sales Forecasting, and Territory Management.
    • Experience in configuring application settings, workflows, and user interface customizations within Oracle Sales Cloud.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Application Composer and other development tools for customizing and extending Oracle Sales Cloud functionality.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
    • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Problem-Solving :

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions using Oracle Sales Cloud.
