    Company Overview:

    Oben Electric is an electric motorcycle company, founded in Aug 2020 by IIT & IIM alumni, and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It is an R&D-driven organization designing, developing, and manufacturing electric motorcycles in-house along with critical EV components. This is enabled by a phenomenal team of passionate technologists who bring 25+ years of collective hands-on experience in electric two-wheelers and their components, with a focus on 'Design in India for the World'. It is playing a pivotal role in changing the electric two-wheeler landscape of India with many firsts to its name. It is pioneering the use of advanced battery chemistry such as LFP in E2Ws in the country, which is significantly safer, longer, and cleaner than other widely used battery chemistries. The company also holds 18+ patents for its proprietary technology and EV components. Oben Electric as an early mover is leading the adoption of electric motorcycles in India and intends to become the largest electric motorcycle OEM globally.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Oben Rorr Electric motorcycle to prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication (Kannada & English) and negotiation skills, have a passion for automobiles, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Meet and exceed sales targets and the same time ensure exceptional customer service.

    2. Actively approach potential customers to understand their needs and preferences when customers come as Walkin to the Showroom or Call and Enquire.

    3. Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.

    4. Conduct test drives to provide customers with an opportunity to experience the vehicle in the Showroom & via home test rides.

    6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the vehicle, including specifications, pricing.

    7. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding financing options, warranties, and additional products/services like extended warranty, RSA, Fast Charger and accessories

    8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

    9. Collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    10. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    11. Upkeep the showroom hygiene always.

    Requirements:

    1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    2. Strong follow up and persuasion abilities.

    3. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.

    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    5. Knowledge of automotive financing options and processes will be and added advantage.

    6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems will be and added advantage.

    7. Valid two-wheeler driver's license.
