    Job Overview

    The Senior Executive Recruiter position at Podar Education Network is a full-time role based in Parel, Maharashtra, India. As a senior member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent across educational institutions within our network. This role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the field of educational hiring. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to join our prestigious organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in educational hiring
    • Proven track record in successfully hiring for educational positions
    • Experience with bulk hiring, mass hiring, and campus hiring
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various educational positions within our network
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through the onboarding process
    • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in educational hiring and recruitment
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
