    IT CONTROLS ANALYST

    IT Technical Controls is vital in ensuring we meet our governance and Information Security policies and minimum operational standards. Maintaining our minimum standards is directly linked to our reputation as a technology organization and as a business.

    The AMS Application Compliance Team Member will maintain the IT Control compliance of applications under the ownership of AMS, while maintaining the MMC policy requirements

    What can you expect?

    1. Management of IT Compliance process execution in timely manner to adhere to the Schedule due dates.

    2. Governance of the 18 IT Controls against applications managed globally.

    3. Execution of Weekly Termination and account revalidation process for the number of applications assigned to an Analyst(on an avg 20 to 30 Apps)

    4. Proactively flagging the issues that can lead to a non-compliance to IT controls Compliance standards.

    5. Plan to Green – Ensure there is a remediation plan and target date for each non-compliant and upcoming task

    6. Risk Management – Ensure there is a Risk for each non-compliant task

    7. Audit – prepare for internal and external audit for the applications you manage.

    8. Quality – Ensure all control deliverables follow the compliance and regulatory rules. Carry out reviews as per defined procedure and suggest remedial actions wherever necessary

    9. Stakeholder management and relationship building – Ensure open communication and appropriate information sharing, and build credibility in order to work effectively with various groups with varied and sometimes conflicting priorities.

    10. Communicating and Presenting – Effectively communicate with stakeholders, securing approvals when needed, and keeping them abreast of progress and potential roadblocks, and present well-organized information (amount/relevance) to right people at the right time.

    · Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders

    · Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships

    · Problem solving skills with innovative and proactive approach

    · Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies

    · Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

    · Ensure accuracy of all data elements within the application portfolio tool

    · Adaptability to change

    · Knowledge of processes & best practices within the team & industry

    · Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    · Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent Stakeholder management skills
