We need someone proactive, innovative, and driven to take our team to new heights in the global market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Vision:

    • Create and implement a robust plan to boost UAP's presence in South India, increase international student enrolment, and establish key partnerships with leading educational institutions.
    • Stay updated on educational trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets in South India through thorough market research.
    • Adapt and innovate strategies to stay ahead in the market and educational landscape, maintaining UAP's competitive edge.

    Partnership Development:

    • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with Indian universities, educational consortia, and recruitment agencies to bolster international student recruitment.
    • Ensure partnership agreements are in line with UAP's goals, monitor their implementation, and enhance B2B relationships for student enrolment growth.

    Sales and Marketing:

    • Devise tailored sales and marketing strategies to showcase UAP's services to potential partners and students in South India.
    • Utilize digital marketing, direct communication, and industry events to drive recruitment campaigns and promotions.

    Student Recruitment:

    • Lead targeted recruitment campaigns using various channels and tools to attract international students across South India.
    • Efficiently manage student inquiries using CRM strategies, optimizing conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with admissions and academic departments to streamline application and enrolment processes for international students.

    Reporting, Analytics, and Operational Excellence:

    • Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to analyze recruitment and partnership strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure smooth student admission processes, generate reports for management meetings, and evaluate agent performance.
    • Conduct training sessions and preparatory activities for applicants to enhance their readiness for the application process.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment in higher education with a proven recruitment track record.
    • Sound knowledge of global higher education systems, admissions processes, and student visa regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving enrolment targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, fluency in English and one or more South Indian languages is essential.
    • Willingness to travel based on job requirements.
