    Description

    Think Design, a Havas company is actively recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a pivotal role based out of its Bangalore head office. This role will report directly into senior management, and has a high career growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify digital marketing trends.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to devise appealing ideas for virtual presence.
    • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with objectives and utilizing a mix of channels.
    • Collaborate with the leadership, and the content & design teams to plan and post engaging & relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
    • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Manage communication between cross-functional teams for effective process management of content, design, and SEO initiatives.
    • Monitor social media and other channels to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

    Additional Scope:

    It would be ideal for a candidate to also have:

    • Graphic design capabilities to create illustrations for websites, blogs, newsletters, etc.
    • Content writing & copywriting capabilities to work on short-form content for social media channels.
    • Experience in managing email marketing campaigns in the B2B service industry to nurture leads, promote services, and drive conversions.

    Tools/Skills:

    • Must have proficiency in no-code-low-code design platforms such as Canva, etc.
    • Ideal to be proficient in Figma and MS Suite tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM tool is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
    • Must be hands-on as an individual contributor, taking ownership of the digital properties across platforms.
    • Must be comfortable in a team setting utilizing excellent communication skills to generate content
    • Ideal to be well-versed with Adobe Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Modern content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Invideo etc. are also acceptable.
