    Job Overview

    Full-Time Team Leader position in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in insurance and team management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge and experience in insurance, particularly motor insurance and auto insurance
    • Proven track record in team management and successful project delivery
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
    • Knowledge of policy insurance
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high performance and productivity
    • Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and coaching
    • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient project delivery
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify training needs and provide training and development opportunities to team members
    • Conduct regular team meetings and update management on team progress and achievements
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to insurance and team management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
