    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

    The Customer Marketing Operations Manager is in charge of creating overarching campaign strategies to boost engagement via owned channels, such as email, SMS, and push marketing. Looking for someone with a deep passion for digital marketing and extensive experience in marketing automation. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and agencies, ensuring seamless program execution for customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using Customer Data Platform for segmentation.
    • Lead email and mobile messaging programs, focusing on revenue growth, customer experience, compliance, and brand health.
    • Maintain marketing automation integrations and optimize platform integration.
    • Create workflows supporting strategies, advise on messaging tactics, and implement dynamic content for personalization.
    • Utilize customer data for segmentation, personalization, and journey building.
    • Analyze campaign metrics, provide performance insights, and suggest improvements.
    • Define KPIs, generate reports, and enhance campaigns continuously.
    • Conduct A/B testing, work with email agency, and evolve marketing processes.
    • Understand data flows, ensuring real-time experiences for key customer segments.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

    Minimum Requirement: Bachelors degree

    EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

    • 5+ years in email marketing
    • 5+ years of HTML knowledge for emails
    • 3+ years in SQL logic for segmentation
    • 5+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:

    • Project management experience
    • Ability to simplify complex information and build consensus
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
