What you'll achieve
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.
You will:
•Achieve targets by selling Dell's solutions via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques
•Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
•Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
•Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

Essential Requirements
•Basic knowledge of the full range of company and third-party technology, products and services, and how these products and services align to customer needs
•General industry and competitor knowledge
