    Job Purpose :

    1.Responsible for maintaining the existing portfolio by engaging with customer on day to day basis and monitoring the account conduct , exploring the possibilities of enhancing the eligible accounts.

    2.Sourcing of C-LAP

    Key Accountabilities

    ·Maintaining the overall health of the portfolio by regularly following up with customers for interest servicing, timely renewals , reduction in slippage , covenants monitoring

    ·Ensuring upgradation of lanes

    ·Exploring possibilities of enhancement in eligible accounts

    ·Closure of exit marked accounts

    ·Monthly C-Lap disbursement as per assigned target

    Job Duties & responsibilities

    ·Daily monitoring of accounts for interest servicing , EMI payments , credit summation etc

    ·Maintain portfolio quality &timely clearance of covenants

    ·To control outflow of standard accounts and fasten closure ofexit marked accounts

    ·Sourcing of C-LAP through existing customer reference , open market sourcing and through DSA

    Required Experience

    3 -7 Years of experience in MSME lending / retail lending , customer relationship
