    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Business Development Manager.

    The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, establishing and fostering relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

    The role will also involve analyzing market trends and competition, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications

    Proven track record in sales and business development

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships

    Knowledge of the facilities management industry is a plus

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
