- Manage the launch and on-going delivery of a channel by partnering with teams across engineering, content operations, ingestion, product, merchandising, design and customer service.
- Responsible for planning content calendars across Partners and creating marketing & merchandising plans to continuously drive subscriber acquisition, Manage the customer life cycle and increase retention.
- Establish goals, plans, related metrics & SLAs, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
- Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, report and inform decision-making processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships, manage reporting and business reviews with key partners to foster collaboration on marketing plans and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 8-10 years of professional experience in the operations, digital operations and marketing communication space
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills
- Experience working with external partners and stakeholders to meet deliverable requirements
- Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive short, medium and long-term goals
- Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
- Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives
- Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience and understanding of the entertainment industry, digital media, and/or digital video supply chain
