- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including environmental consulting firms, industrial facilities, government agencies, and research institutions.
- Promote our bioremediation products and solutions, conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase their efficacy and benefits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration in designated regions or industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling collateral, case studies, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting guidance, and product recommendations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of bioremediation solutions for specific environmental challenges.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and technical teams to address customer needs, customize solutions, and develop innovative applications for our products.
- Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and application expertise.
- Lead the coordination and execution of bioremediation projects, from initial scoping and proposal development to project implementation and post-project evaluation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and regulatory compliance, to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control, identifying opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Technical sales, business development, or consulting roles within the environmental remediation industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of bioremediation principles, microbial processes, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
