    Job Description

    Position Title: Enterprise Sales Manager Position reports to: Head Sales Department: Sales Location: Mumbai

    About the Role

    • The ideal candidate is a Hunter who consistently exceeded order objectives in previous roles, with 7+ years of autonomous work experience and is ready to work as an Individual Contributor.
    • Core of Enterprise Solution Sales with strong knowledge and connections in the Discrete Manufacturing industry.
    • Passionate and hungry to exceed sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed sales order objectives.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue New Logos from lead to close while managing existing customers.
    • Smart and intelligent in creating a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting.
    • Build account plans, conduct weekly meetings, and develop relationships with stakeholders.
    • Align PreSales team to provide customer-based solutions.
    • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to order closure.
    • Add value to the marketing team by providing key information and industry interactions.

    Education/Experience

    • Work experience in Auto, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Textiles, Apparel, etc.
    • Strong IT Sales knowledge in Digital Transformation, Analytics, IoT, RPA, Generative AI, ML, NLP, PaaS, and SaaS.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
    • Identify market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Acquire and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Manage sales pipelines, collaborate with teams, and provide accurate sales reports.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of work experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred.
    • Winner mentality, goal-oriented, and driven by performance-based compensation.
    • Strong industry connects, decision-makers, excellent communication skills.
    Travel: The role is based in Bangalore with 60% travel across India and overseas opportunities. Benefits: Health Insurance
