    Description

    Region: Kerala

    Open positions:

    • Sales executive (2 to 5 Yrs Experience in Mattress or foam sales)
    • Regional sales manager (5+ Yrs Experience in Mattress or foam sales)

    Preferred Industry Experience: Mattress and foam sales. Irrelevant industry applicants will be rejected

    Reporting Location: Pollachi, Coimbatore

    Qualifications

    • Must have experience in Mattress, Furnishing, Paint, Adhesives, or Decor industry.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and trends
    • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools

    Responsibilities:

    • To implement market strategies.
    • To be task oriented
    • To guide managers and Distributors
    • To create and analysis MIS Reports
    • To coordinate with advertisement activity
    • To Plan and organize Distributors and dealer meets.
    • To co-ordinate and approve work schedules of Managers
    • To maintain minimum stock levels in branches based on projection.
