    Sales Manager IT Training Please send in UPDATED RESUME with PHOTO and kindly include your Tenth Standard Pass Certificate. Salary: 30 K to 35 K plus incentive. Experience: 2 plus experience in Sales. Experience in IT training industry is a plus. Job Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, improvising and executing cost effective processes for generating leads as the first step towards enabling more joiners for the various IT Training courses. - Visiting and coordinating with various Engineering, Business Management, Arts and Commerce Colleges for the conduction of Workshops of various Training Programs such as Data Science, AI, Python, Red Hat Linux, HR Generalist, etc; thereby generating leads. - Setting up the environment for the conduction of Workshops at the Colleges or in the Company, as the case may be. - Coordinating with IT organizations for the conduction of corporate training. - Participating in conferences, seminars, career events and job fairs for the purpose of networking with potential candidates. - Assigning leads to Student Counselors, Business Development Executives, Tele-Callers etc., for the purpose of following up with Candidates for registering them for various Courses. - Training, setting targets, guiding, monitoring, following up and giving feedback to the Student Counselors, Business Development Executives etc of Sales team. - Updating and maintaining the data - leads, follow ups, etc in the software of the company. Skills required: - Should be self motivated and also motivate the team. - Should be excellent in English and Malayalam communication. - Should be good at online and face to face communication and have good presentation skills. - Should have a basic idea of the various Technical and Software courses available in the market and the IT Training institutes. - Should be knowledgeable about the social media procedures that can be used for cost effective advertising of the IT Training Courses. - Should possess time management, managerial, leadership, and decision making qualities. - Should be good at training the team, especially with regard to attracting the candidate to register for courses. - Should be a team player. - Should be skilled at using Microsoft Office applications and Software. - Should be able to work under pressure. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person *Speak with the employer* Application Deadline: 30/06/2023 Expected Start Date: 03/07/2023.
