    Your Mission

    As a Global Product Support Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading all aspects of the project management lifecycle. You'll develop collaborative partnerships with leaders, peers and project teams and be seen as a trusted consultant and advisor as you lead projects with a focus on growth mindset and change management principles.

    What you'll do at UiPath

    At UiPath our Project Managers are focused on 5 key areas of responsibility: Relationship Management, Project Documentation Management, Risk Management, Change Management, and Communication as they work to manage a portfolio of global projects.

    Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with leaders, stakeholders, peers, and project teams, while driving collaboration and communication.
  • Employ strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to proactively manage stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Drive efficient and effective decision making in a timely manner.
  • Organize and motivate project teams while keeping all involved well informed of project status, risks, and issues.

    • Project Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project charters, business requirement documents, project schedules and implementation plans.
  • Manage the flow of work through the life of the project.

    • Risk Management

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess and propose strategies for mitigating risks.
  • Assess, track, and lead the resolution of issues.
  • Escalate issues and risks that may compromise key aspects of project success.

    • Change Management

  • Include change management principles in the scoping, planning and execution of all projects.
  • Assess the organization's capacity to change and develop plans to mitigate or incorporate change strategies.
  • Assess readiness for launch and ensure end users are ready for the transition through proper planning, effective communication, training, and readiness assessment activities.

    • Communication

  • Maintain open lines of communication with leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Present project dashboard status reports to all levels with regular updates on progress against plan.
  • Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholders to improve the product, delivery, and overall customer experience.
    • What you'll bring to the team

  • 6+ years of previous work experience in program/project management.
  • BA or advanced degree in business, operations, organizational development, or related field.
  • Experience leading project and program strategy, end to end project delivery and communication progress results to leadership.
  • Proven experience and practical application of Waterfall and Agile methodology with direct responsibility of managing multiple global projects and schedules simultaneously.
  • A strong background and practice of change management principles.
  • Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery.
  • Experience in business process development.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills.
  • Possess highly effective written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools and process design tools.

    • These qualifications are a plus

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet, Salesforce or Jira project management tools.
  • RPA knowledge is a plus.
