    PositionOverviewWe are seeking anexperienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with aproven track record in leading technologydriven transformations.The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developingscalable structures for product/ecommerce businesses managing largeteams and overseeing significant budgets/revenues. This leadershiprole demands a forwardthinking individual who can strategize andimplement technology solutions that support and accelerate ourgrowth objectives.KeyResponsibilities
    • Defineand execute the technology strategy in alignment with the companysbusiness goals focusing on scalability innovation and customersatisfaction.
    • Lead the development anddeployment of robust secure and scalable technology solutions usingJava Python and .NET frameworks.
    • Oversee theentire technology department including software development networkinfrastructure and data security ensuring alignment with thecompanys strategic objectives.
    • Manage andexpand a team of skilled technology professionals fostering aculture of high performance continuous improvement andinnovation.
    • Collaborate with other Csuiteexecutives to identify opportunities for leveraging technology todrive company growth and competitiveadvantage.
    • Oversee the technology budget andensure costeffective design development and implementation oftechnology solutions.
    • Stay abreast of emergingtechnology trends and innovations assessing their applicability tothe companys goals and operationalcapabilities.
    • Drive the development andimplementation of policies and procedures for technology governancecompliance and bestpractices.
    Qualifications&Experience
    • Minimum of15 years of experience in technology roles with at least 5 years ina senior leadership position overseeing technology strategy andoperations.
    • Proven experience in developingscalable technology infrastructures for product or ecommercebusinesses.
    • Strong technical expertise in JavaPython and .NET frameworks.
    • Demonstratedability to lead and manage large teams and handle significantbudgets/revenues.
    • Experience in strategicplanning and execution with a track record of leveraging technologyto achieve business objectives.
    • Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills capable ofmotivating and guiding teams towardssuccess.
    • Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Engineering or a related field. An MBA is aplus.
