    JOB DEDCRIPTION : HR EXECUTIVE

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The role of an HR (Human Resources) Executive is critical in managing various aspects of human capital within an organization. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the size and structure of the organization, but here are common roles and responsibilities associated with HR executives:

    Recruitment and Staffing:

    Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs.

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

    Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.

    Employee Relations:

    Mediate and resolve employee conflicts.

    Address employee grievances and concerns.
