    Job Title: HRManager

    Location: KolkataHead Office

    JobDescription:


    Weare seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our teamand operate from our Head Office in Kolkata. The ideal candidateshould possess a minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a strongunderstanding of HR best practices and a proven track record inmanaging all aspects of human resources within anorganization.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. StrategicHR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies inalignment with the organizations goals and objectives. Provideinsights guidance and direction to senior management on HRmatters.
    2. TalentAcquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment andselection process ensuring the attraction and retention of toptalent. Develop and implement innovative recruitmentstrategies.
    3. EmployeeRelations: Manage and resolve complex employee relationsissues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions andgrievance handling. Promote a positive workplaceculture.
    4. PerformanceManagement: Implement and improve performance appraisalprocesses ensuring fair evaluations and employee development.Provide guidance on performance improvementplans.
    5. Compensationand Benefits: Oversee the design and administration ofcompetitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliancewith local laborlaws.
    6. Trainingand Development: Identify training and development needsand coordinate programs to enhance employees skills andcapabilities.
    7. HRPolicies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policiesand procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws andregulations.
    8. Diversityand Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusioninitiatives within the organization fostering a respectful andinclusiveworkplace.
    9. HRMetrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on HR keyperformance indicators and provide datadriven insights to supportdecisionmaking.
    10. HRTechnology: Stay updated on HR technology trends andidentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through the useoftechnology.

    QualificationsandRequirements:

    • AMasters degree in HR or relevant certification ispreferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years ofprogressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial orsenior leadership role.
    • Deepknowledge of labour laws and regulations in Kolkata with theability to ensure compliance.
    • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildeffective relationships at all levels of theorganization.
    • Exceptionalproblemsolving and conflict resolutionabilities.
    • Strong organizationalskills and the ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Proficiency in HRsoftware and tools for HRmanagement.
    • Demonstrated experiencein driving cultural change and promoting diversity andinclusion.
    • Excellent analytical anddecisionmaking skills.
    • Provenability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
