- Understanding the department requirements, executing, and creating a recruitment plan
- Reviewing, updating, and posting job opportunities on job portals
- Screening and sourcing potential candidates through portals to fulfil staffing needs specifically for the technical departments like Data Intelligence
- Receiving and reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screening calls
- Maintaining candidate database, reaching out to them, and closing the requirements within hiring timelines
- Managing assessments and coordinating for interviews
- Developing creative ways to attract the right talent by sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online portals
- Assisting in execution for data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Elementary knowledge in at least one of the Programming languages (i.e., Python, Java), Databases, Cloud and AI/ML
- Strong understanding of the Data Analytics landscape, including the skills and competencies required for different roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, tools, and techniques to effectively assess candidates' qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment trends in the Data Analytics industry
- Experience in hiring technology professionals, preferably in the field of data and analytics/Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering

Overview
The Sr. Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the hiring team and candidates for uninterrupted operations.
