    Description

    We areseeking a passionate and resultsoriented PreferredRelationship Manager to join our dynamic Retail BranchBanking team.

    In this role you willmanage a portfolio of High Networth Individual (HNI) clientsspearhead new client acquisition and consistently achieve ambitioussales targets.

    JobRoles andResponsibilities:

    • Develop deep clientrelationships understanding their financial needs andaspirations.
    • Build trust andloyalty ensuring their satisfaction and longterm partnership withthe bank.
    • Proactively identifyand target potential HNI clients within the assignedterritory.
    • Develop compellingvalue propositions and effectively present them to prospectiveclients.
    • Convert leads intoclients exceeding acquisition targets and contributing to branchgrowth.
    • Set ambitious butachievable sales goals for liabilities assets wealth managementproducts and other relevantofferings.
    • Implement effectivesales strategies and consistently exceed assignedtargets.

    DesiredCandidatesProfile:

    • Minimum 29 years ofexperience in Retail Banking Wealth Management or a similarrole.
    • Provenrecord of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achievingclient satisfactiongoals.
    • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and presentationskills.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolvingabilities.
    • Indepth knowledge ofIndian financial regulations and compliancerequirements.
