    About Personnel Management Vertical

This approach prioritizes specific skills, knowledge, and attitudes crucial for government roles, fostering a shift towards outcome-driven accountability.

    The team's key focus areas include:

    • Competency-Based Recruitment
    • Competency-Based Capacity Building
    • Revamped Performance Management System

    This approach aims to enhance effectiveness in government operations by empowering staff with essential competencies and driving them towards achieving impactful outcomes.

    Position Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our Personnel Management team in addressing competency gaps among public officials. The ideal candidate should be adept at designing assessment frameworks, interpreting data insights, and collaborating with stakeholders effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee design and implementation of competency-based capacity-building solutions.
    • Collaborate with government departments on competency-based assessments.
    • Conduct research on global evaluation processes.
    • Support project leaders in operational planning.
    • Ensure coherence between processes and systems.
    • Analyze assessment data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Present assessment insights to stakeholders effectively.
    • Develop partnership with assessment designers.

    Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Master's degree in relevant fields.
    • Experience in public sector performance evaluation and capacity building.
    • Proficiency in e-learning methodologies.
