    JobOverview: We are seeking a diligent and efficientAssembly Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly ofproducts with precision and efficiency ensuring that all productsmeet our quality standards and productiondeadlines.


    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Operateand maintain assembly line equipment and machinery ensuring smoothoperation.
    • Assemblecomponents accurately thoroughly and quickly to approvedspecifications.
    • Reviewand follow assembly instructions blueprint specifications and partslists; gathering parts subassemblies tools andmaterials.
    • Positionsparts and subassemblies by using templates or readingmeasurements.
    • Maintaina clean and safe workspace and comply with all safety and healthregulations.
    • Inspectand test completed units to ensure they meet quality standards andspecifications.
    • Reportissues malfunctions or defective parts immediately to thesupervisoryteam.
    • Assistin inventory management and suggest reordering of supplies whennecessary.
    • Continuouslymonitor conveyor systems and clear jams asrequired.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • HighSchool Diploma or equivalent; further technical or vocationaltrainingpreferred.
    • Provenexperience as an assembly line operator or similar role in amanufacturingenvironment.
    • Familiaritywith assembly tools andequipment.
