    Role& Responsibilities: Representingthe full spectrum of HR function for the business unit(s) andacting as the single point of contact for all theirneeds. Working withother HR subfunctions like Talent Acquisition LearningInternational HR etc for a better employeeexperienceProactively gathering business needs and communicating the same toHR subfunctions so that deliveries can be on time and of the bestpossible qualityProactively address business issues related to Grievance workforcedevelopment andproductivity. Workswith HR Head on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies andprograms are properlyimplemented Focusefforts towards Top talent development Improve retention and manageemployeerelations
