    Job Title : Manager - Enterprise Sales

    Work Location : Hyderabad

    Job Timing : 9am - 6pm

    Work Mode: WFO

    Our Sales Team

    The sales team at Rahi is the growth engine, the lifeblood of the organization and is recognized as one. Restlessness, growth mindset, customer centricity and drive to do better than the present at all times, define the professionals in our sales team. We offer customized enterprise solutions in multiple technologies. The customer-centric solution designing and fulfillment is the core of the sales jobs at Rahi. The sales team is supported by business development, marketing, pre-sales, procurement, post-sales, and project teams.

    The Job:

    This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and developing enterprise accounts in the assigned geography for data centers, servers and storage, audio-visual unified communication, cloud services, etc. We are looking for someone who could be proficient in one or two of our solution lines and would be keen to learn the others. Account Development and Management and Customer Centricity are the cornerstones of this job. Experience or current job in the same location would be preferred.

    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Develop the business and grow the customer base of end users manage accounts in India, and consolidate existing relationships

    · Develop long-term strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.

    · Be mindful of the P&L for the business and help grow the profitable business

    · Demonstrate attitude and skills in designing and presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per their requirements.

    · Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace.

    · Demonstrate expertise and success in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques

    · Understand the customer's business to be able to explore opportunities and help the customer meet their business objectives

    · Understand products and solutions and be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients

    · Drive revenue growth and pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts both local and global

    · Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the market such as procurement, IT, end users, and various influencers

    · Collaborating with cross-functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business plans.

    Qualifications, and Experience:

    Qualifications: Graduate; post-graduation in sales and marketing and engineering graduates

    Desirable Experience: 6-10 years of experience.

    A minimum of three years of experience in the same field.

    A track record of meeting goals, targets, and growth is a must.
