    Description

    We're actively hiring an experienced medical coder with passion to lead teams to join us in Chennai. The eligible candidate needs to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in medical coding specializing in Surgery. We are always interested in talking to inspired, talented, and motivated people.     Job Location: Chennai, India

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Able to deliver as per client SLAs
    • Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis
    • Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis
    • Assist with new team member training
    • Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met
    • Review overall staff performance
    • Process KPI, dashboards and metrics preparations

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong team management skills
    • Available to work from office
    • Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in medical coding
    • Medical coding specialization in surgery is preferred
    • Certification is compulsory
    • Proficiency in leading medical coding team is desired
    • Good knowledge of using PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office tools
