    Job Details

    We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our office in India. The ideal candidate will be adept at onboarding new employees, monitoring and enhancing employee performance, maintaining high morale, and executing other essential functions of branch management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, acting as a liaison between remote managers and local staff, and implementing policies and procedures set forth by headquarters.

    Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and their roles
  • Monitor the performance of all office employees, providing feedback and reporting to remote managers to ensure team objectives are met. Regular performance reviews will be provided to local managers, and continuous feedback will be shared with remote management
  • Develop strategies to maintain and enhance employee morale, promoting a positive work environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for the branch, liaising with remote managers and senior leadership
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and directives from headquarters
  • Coordinate with HR to manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and the development of potential management candidates on leadership/management skills
  • Manage branch budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and financial health
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the office, fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture
  • Manage office related projects

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a multi-departmental organization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve high performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English and local languages, both verbal and written

    • Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
