    Senior Manager Consumer Insights - Mumbai, India - NetSysCon Consulting

    We are in search of a Manager Consumer Insights for a Series A Funded D2C Wellness Brand.



    About the Job:
    - Delve deep into understanding the authentic human essence, various consumer profiles, behaviors, concerns, desires, and needs that influence the purchasing choices of healthcare products and services.
    - Lead both quantitative and qualitative research with potential and current customers.
    - Develop effective research techniques and structures to extract detailed consumer insights from a range of Indian consumer profiles spanning across different tiers.
    - Create surveys incorporating well-thought questions and multiple-choice responses to track quantitative patterns.
    - Devise questionnaires to evaluate consumer satisfaction levels and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
    - Conduct in-depth interviews with individuals and focus groups to uncover qualitative subtleties.
    - Perform market studies and analyze consumer preferences, desires, and sentiments to innovate new products and services, and explore innovative business avenues.
    - Enhance sales conversion rates by attentively listening to customer interactions, pinpoint gaps, reasons for non-conversion, purchasing motivations, and proposing sales and marketing strategies.
    - Identify causes for customer attrition to enhance client retention rates.
    - Monitor consumer behaviors and patterns in physical facilities to enhance the overall customer journey.
    - Scrutinize customer grievances reported at clinics and call centers to enhance customer service standards.
    - Evaluate consumer-doctor interactions to identify pain points, propose policy alterations to elevate consumer satisfaction levels.



    Requirements:
    - Postgrad degree with a focus on research and communication.
    - Over 7 years of experience leading a research agency or overseeing consumer research operations on the client's end.
    - Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    - Strong aptitude in articulating and presenting research outcomes, emphasizing actionable insights.
    - Ready to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic startup setting amidst uncertainty.
