Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Tech Quadra. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients, including lead generation through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry connections.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, actively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and use this knowledge to develop sales strategies.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Tech Quadra's solutions and value proposition.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
Achieve or exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of software development, IT solutions, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
