    Description

    THE ROLE

    As IT supportengineer, you will provide L1/L2 IT infrastructure support for Bangalore officeusers

    OPPORTUNITES
  • YYou will performday-to-day operational administration, including usermanagement,patches,hardware support and upgrades to ensure full availabilityand optimum performance.
  • You will troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and documentproblems, and implement preventive measures.
  • You will assist other team members with IT support or best practices.
  • You will engage in continuous learning to stay in front of new and emergingtechnologies
    • SKILLS
  • You should have Minimum 2-6 yearsWindows support experience
  • You should have Experience introubleshooting Laptop/desktop hardware issues
  • You should have Maintaining Hardwareand software inventory
  • You should have OS and applicationtroubleshooting
  • Install of 3rd partysoftware's
  • Familiar withWAN/LAN technologies
  • Talk to vendor to raise Calls for hardware
  • Performing daily system administration tasks to ensure maximum systemperformances and availability.
  • Performing periodic hardware and software system maintenance.
  • Managing and supporting new technologies as adopted by the business
  • Performing other duties as assigned or required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and Positive attitude to workand learn .
  • Cloud service knowledge
  • SCCM/Intune basic knowledg
