    Description

    Marlabs is looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic IT team.

    As a Desktop Support Specialist, your main role will involve providing technical assistance and support for our desktop systems, software, hardware, and peripherals, working closely with end-users to solve technical issues, performing system upgrades and maintenance, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our IT operations.


    Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in resolving Outlook issues
    • Experience in team Add ins issue
    • Experience in O365 licenses and types
    • Experience in active directory uses
    • Experience in password reset processes
    • Experience in Windows updates
    • International Technical Voice process proficiency
    • Excellent communication skills

    Other Requirements:
    Location: Bangalore
    Experience Level: 6 months to 3 years
    Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
    Interview Mode: Face-to-face mode compulsory
    Work Mode: Rotational shift (All 5 days work from the office)
