    Description

    PositionOverview:

    Weare seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to drivetransmission sales for us. You will play a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth expanding market reach and establishing lastingclient relationships. Your strategic thinking sales skills and deepindustry knowledge and network will be instrumental in shaping thefuture of the transmission services LOB of ourorganization.

    Location:Mumbai

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Topline ownership & growth: Own & grow revenuetarget for the transmission servicesLOB

    Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensivesales strategy to set up and grow the marketing automation andtransmission services business for Intense creating recurringstreams ofrevenue.

    Hunting & Farming Targets: You will work both with existingaccount managers to sell this to existing customers as well as huntfor newlogos.

    Marketing & Business Development: Work with marketing andbusiness development to enable and improve sales conversionrates.

    Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and industrytrends to expand the companys footprint and increase market sharein the CPaaSdomain.

    Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding product development marketing and customer support toensure a seamless clientexperience.

    Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecastsreports and dashboards to provide insights to seniormanagement.

    Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to drivecontinuous improvement in service quality and platformofferings.

    Qualifications:

    5 years of proven track record of success in CPaaS/ transmissionservicesindustry

    Experience selling toBFSI

    Passionate sales leader with the ability to drive the marketingautomation and transmission services LOB salesindependently

    Strong analytical and strategic thinkingabilities.

    Excellent communication and negotiationskills.

    Strong connections in toptier banks and insurance companies such asICICI HDFC SBI IndusIndetc.

    Deep understanding of the CPaaS market inIndia

    Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attendindustryevents.
