- Define product roadmap for digital platforms of the Bank for Retail segment for different product lines like Personal Loans, Credit Card, EMI on Debit Card, Savings account, FD/RD, Investment, Insurance, etc.
- Customer focused thinking with deep understanding of customer pain points, needs and aspirations.
- Define and Own end to end user journeys across product/platforms articulated above.
- Design Do It Yourself (DIY), Assisted as well as Partner led journeys across products with high degree of reusability across all three enabled by microservices based architecture.
- Execute product roadmap and manage end to end Product Development Lifecycle.
- Should convert BRD/PRD to write requirements in Agile Methodology.
- Closely work with UI/UX designers/partners for wireframes/visual designs.
- Manage sprint, product release and launches on regular intervals.
- Crossfunctional collaboration work with multiple stakeholders internal (Solution development Group, IT, Product, Risk, Business), external (vendors and partners) to drive and implement product roadmap.
- Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures
- Evaluate product solutions and vendors for specific use cases.
- Work closely with Business and Growth team to drive adoption of platforms & user growth via client campaigns or via partners.
- Ensure core platforms / business rule engines as APIs are productized to facilitate open banking initiatives of the Bank
- Should be well versed with agile / scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of microservices / API based architecture
- Essential requirement: MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College.
- Essential requirement: 1012 years of work experience in product design or client journey design.
- At least 46 years of experience in design of digital products and solutions for Retail segment in any bank / NBFC / Fintechs
