- Benchmark customer journey and experience across ecommerce platforms
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour on ecom platforms and identify need gaps
- Drive campaigns/ projects to improve customer experience and make Samsung eStore a platform of choice
- Ownership of Weekly, Monthly, Yearly targets
- Sales forecasting and inventory management
- Maintain optimum stock for all SKU's and Ensure high instock % for all SKU's
- Drive traffic through innovative marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing team
- Drive conversion through effective merchandising on site and relevant sell out platforms
- Closely coordinate with cross functional teams for day to day operations (Product, marketing, Tech, Finance etc)
- Devise attractive monthly sell out schemes to drive conversions and seek internal alignments to execute the same
- Deliver weekly & monthly revenue biz goals (sellin & sellout)
- Accurate demand planning & forecasting.
- Maintain high instock and optimum Days of stock
- Reduce delivery TAT by improving regional utilization
- Gather & report intelligence on competition launches, schemes, offers, marketing, deals etc.
- Help the marketing teams on deployment of digital assets and other coordination.
- Dynamic, selfstarter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment
- MBA from top tier business school
- Ability to influence stakeholders with sound reasoning, logic and Effective communication
- Ability to own workstreams end to end i.e. from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done; Very strong bias for action

The candidate will be the P&L owner for a certain set of categories/ products for Samsung's eStore.
