- partner acquisition and activation: Build a pipeline of channel partners, sign them up, train and activate them. Work with the regional sales team to identify and recruit the channel partners.
- Acquisition: Support the sales team by giving leads obtained from channel partners and ensuring customer sign-up. Monitor and drive the productivity of channel partners and the sales team with the help of the sales leadership.
- Channel strategy: Ensure that we have a good mix of channel partners in the network. Acquire a couple of established & renowned channel partners.
- Collection of money due from channel partners on time.
- Manage and nurture relationships with the channel partners who have been activated, through various means of engagement.
- Training/coaching of the team members of channel partners & also the sales team on channel management.
