    JobDescription:

    SuperLabs is seeking a BusinessDevelopment member with a proven track record in IT resourceaugmentation sales to join our dynamic team.

    As a BusinessDevelopment member you will play a pivotal role in driving ourgrowth by identifying and acquiring new businessopportunities.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    Identify and targetpotential clients in the IT resource augmentationsector. Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to understand theirneeds. Develop and execute sales strategiesto meet and exceed revenue targets.
    Effectively communicate SuperLabs services and value proposition toclients. Collaborate with the internal teamto deliver tailored solutions to clients.
    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations andproposals. Negotiate contracts and closedeals to achieve sales goals. Keep abreastof industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in themarket.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in business marketing or a relatedfield. Proven experience of 3 to 10 years inIT resource augmentation sales. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong negotiation and presentationabilities. Ability to work independently andas part of ateam.
