    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of highquality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
    • Define product requirements and specifications, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business value.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
    • Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
    • Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating on features and functionalities to improve user experience and product success.
    • Develop gotomarket strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
    • Experience with product analytics and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
    • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
    • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android.
    • Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Experience with API integrations and web services.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
    • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and usercentered design methodologies.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • 68 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve product goals.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
    • Relevant certifications in product management or project management are a plus.
