- Handling core lending systems like LOS and LMS, along with interface systems.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and vendor systems/products.
- Establishing root cause analysis of production errors and escalating serious concerns.
- Monitoring and conducting health checks of all environments (DC and DR).
- Utilizing monitoring and observability tools to supervise alerts and provide proactive resolution.
- Creating a monitoring plan for continuous production support and upgrades.
- Providing end-to-end L1 and L2 monitoring and production application support.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of both functional and technical areas of core products (JLG).
- Playing a critical role in server support/maintenance and application feature enhancement.
- Participating in resolving highly complex issues impacting business and system applications.
- Prioritizing workload based on business and technology needs.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to application services and performance.
- Demonstrating sound analytical capabilities to provide support and make strategic decisions.
- Understanding server infrastructure and monitoring processes to analyze and resolve issues.
- Having good knowledge of DDL, DML, DCL commands, functions, stored procedures, T-SQL queries, batch files, and Windows schedulers.
- Total experience of 5 to 10 years in NBFC/BFSI banking, with a preference for retail banking knowledge.
- Good experience and knowledge of LOS-LMS applications, specifically in the JLG business.
- Knowledge of T-SQL or Windows Server OS.
- Ability to think logically and provide IT solutions.
- Motivated, disciplined, and capable of working in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to handle incidents raised by users and provide proactive solutions.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call support rotation for scheduling, monitoring, and automations.
