    Role Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic International Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. As the International Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with international educators, institutions, and partners. You will be responsible for facilitating collaboration, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the success of our global partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with international educators, institutions, and partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners, addressing inquiries and providing support.
    • Facilitate collaboration between SELIN Club and international partners to develop and deliver educational initiatives.
    • Coordinate the planning and execution of joint initiatives, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and networking events.
    • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and deliverables.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on partnership activities and outcomes.
    • Represent SELIN Club at international events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or partnership coordination.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
    • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
