    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering software excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, with a primary focus on the Robot Framework.
    • Coordinate testing activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of test plans.
    • Work closely with development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
    • Design, write, and execute automated test scripts that verify software functionalities and performance.
    • Analyze test results, document issues, and work collaboratively to resolve defects.
    • Train and mentor junior testers in automation practices and tools.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in test automation.
    • Profound knowledge of the Robot Framework and other test automation tools.
    • Strong programming skills and experience in scripting languages.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) systems.
    • Previous experience in an e-commerce environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
