    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sustainability Solutions. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of impactful sustainability initiatives for our clients. As a key member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's mission forward.

    WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

    You would be leading our consulting & product development team.

    • You support the development of our ESG offering for global & Indian clients
    • You own the delivery of range of projects including Materiality Assessment, GHG footprint assessment, Net Zero & ESG roadmap development, Science based targets consulting, ESG strategy development, etc.
    • You Coordinate with the Software development team to ensure flow of customer feedback, assessment & rolling out of new features & incorporating customized reporting formats
    • You advise our customers and work closely with them to implement our software solution
    • You work on implementation of key ESG frameworks and positioning of Net Zero Pro.

    WHO IS OUR BEST MATCH

    • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
    • Strong understanding of climate change science, carbon accounting methodologies, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi).
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and clients towards ambitious sustainability goals.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the world.
    • Experience in project management, business development, and client relationship management.
    • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, circular economy principles, and other sustainable business practices is a plus.
