    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Sales Manager specializing in Healthcare to lead our hospital sales efforts. This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with healthcare institutions, and promote our products/services tailored to the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, a proven track record of success in healthcare sales, and the existing relationships with private and government hospitals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the healthcare market and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and prioritize key healthcare institutions including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and long-term care facilities as potential clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare institutions to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
    • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for healthcare clients.
    • Participate in the development of pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations to effectively position our products/services and win contracts in the healthcare sector.
    • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in healthcare sales activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales, institutional sales, or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful relationships with healthcare institutions.
    • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, payer dynamics, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare clients at all levels.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve their goals in the healthcare sector.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and market penetration in the healthcare industry.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
