    RoleObjective:Developsell and execute supplychain transformation plans for customers (orpotential customers) by partnering with CXOs. Continue to manageexisting large accounts and grow shareofbusiness with by offeringadditional technologybasedsolutions.

    Theincumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of customers business map out all their strategic drivers align solutions tocustomer needs and help driveexecution.


    RoleResponisibities:Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers byradically transforming their endto end supply chain (fromprocurement to delivery) Lead all presalesactivities for enterprise accounts. Built sales pipeline and makemultiple proposals to generate additional revenue through supplychain transformation as aservice. Formulategrowth strategy for existing enterprise accounts (grow share ofbusiness) along with the business heads and other seniorstakeholders.
    Liaison with clients for delivery demand management billing and newopportunities. Program manage postsales execution ofsolutions Identifyalignment gaps with customer team and drive transparency andaccountability through communication andcollaboration. Leadon change impact analysis readiness and post goliveassessments.

    Workwith internal crossfunctional teams (Product Engineering BusinessFinance Customer success SCM etc.) to structure problems analyzeopportunities and develop solutions and actionable recommendationsthrough a rigorous datadrivenprocess.

    Monitorand drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success.
    Drive the operational cadence at CXO level. Measure & trackcritical KPIs &initiatives Provideinsights to the business through analytics and market research asrequired

    WorkExperience 48years of postMBA work experience in role such as Strategy &operations CEO s office consultingprogrammanagementcorporate planningetc. Astutebusiness sense and analytical ability with great articulationskills Dep industryknowledge of 12industries Priorsales/ proposal makingexperience
