Freedeem, a lifestyle app company, is hiring a Operation cum Support Executive for its customer care division. The Candidate should have Excellent verbal & written communication skill, analytical & problem-solving attitude. Hands on experience on CRM software and huge database management. Should be able to handle B2B and B2C customers and able to provide support as when required. Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Roles & Responsibility:
Implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution. Provide customer support through (Outbound + Inbound) phone calls and E-mail.
Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.Ensure that all customer interactions, as well as the management of business onboarding and campaigns, are properly documented and recorded.
Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions. Contribute to the development of future customer support processes. Communicate effectively with peers and managers. One should be capable of effectively managing their workload regardless of the circumstances.Required Skill Set:
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills Hands-on exposure of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hands on experience of using in CRM or Admin panel for huge database handling.Should have a typing speed of 30+ The ideal candidate would possess the skill to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
