    Legal professional with 5yrs. of real estate experience and good exposure to real estatelaws.
    WorkLocation:Chennai
    PrimaryJobResponsibilities:
    • Scrutinizetitle verification and provide legal opinion on property matterstaking care of different projects;
    • Draft andvet land acquisition documents MoUs Agreements Powers of AttorneyDeeds Sale and/or Construction Agreements for end users Allotmentletters Declarations Indemnity Rent/Lease/Leave & LicenseAgreements Service Agreements etc.;
    • Coordinatewith internal teams for resolving queries/issues of customers banksetc.;
    • Should have knowledge of litigationprocedure drafting of plaints and be aware of courtprocess;
    • Should possess knowledge on legalresearch/citations etc.
    • Adhere to schedules anddemonstrate commitment to theorganization;
    • Accept and tackle demanding goalswork longer hours when necessary and identify opportunities forprogressing to more challenging roles;
    • Preserveall the documents within the department courts recordsetc.;
    • Good Analytical and InterpretationSkills;
    • Team player excellent relationshipmanagement and communication skills necessary for interaction withthe internal and external stakeholders;
    • Musthave worked in Real Estate and/or Constructioncompany(ies);
