    Description

    Designation: Event Marketing Specialist

    Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in events marketing within a fast-paced environment - experience in organizing IT/Tech industry events is a plus.

    Mandatory Skills: Event Operations, Sponsorship, Corporate Exposure, Social Media, Stakeholder Management

    Location: India HQ - Mumbai (Hybrid) Commutable to the office

    Employment Type: Full-time (4-month probation period)

    What you will do:

    • Assist in conceptualizing events and managing event budgets
    • Select event venues and coordinate logistical aspects
    • Organize marketing materials and oversee financial transactions
    • Engage with vendors and coordinate security measures
    • Coordinate with speakers and prepare talking points
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and report to the Global Events Manager
    • Contribute to structuring events and corporate programs to advance the company's vision
    • Maintain the Global Event Marketing Calendar for Business Units and track event metrics
    • Align events with marketing initiatives, monitor and report on event performance metrics
    • Assist in managing event budgets and provide cost/result analysis for each program/event
    • Occasionally travel to attend industry events and conferences

    Your marketing efforts will:

    • Convey Quantiphi's brand narrative to the market and clients through events
    • Utilize diverse marketing channels to drive event participation - Facilitating Quantiphi's evolution into a stronger and more captivating brand

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously
    • At least 3 years of experience in organizing hospitality events, sponsorships, and conferences
    • Demonstrated collaboration with various marketing partners to deliver effective solutions
    • Ability to travel globally, around 20% of the time if required

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
    • Effective communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities
    • Comprehensive understanding of the relationship between marketing and business
    • Flexible, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
    • Strong decision-making skills and data-driven approach
    • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships internally and externally
    • High standards for quality work with a focus on integrity and a friendly demeanor
    • Successful track record in marketing within a product, BPO, or IT services firm, particularly in entrepreneurial environments
    • Previous exposure to cloud, data, AI/ML sectors is highly advantageous
