    Unilode owns and manages the world's largest fleet of unit load devices (ULDs), for use in the aviation industry. It owns and operates the largest global network for the maintenance and repair of ULDs and inflight food service equipment, providing management, repair, short term leasing and digitalisation solutions to over 90 airlines.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Your experience and passion for IT infrastructure development will mean you will play a central role in the development and maintenance of Unilode Aviation Solutions' Platforms. Pivotal in achieving organizational goals and delivering value to clients and stakeholders, the Delivery Manager will bring together the successful delivery of projects and programs by managing resources, budgets, timelines, and quality while effectively communicating with stakeholders and continuously improving project management processes.

    This is a great opportunity for an individual to join us as a Delivery Manager for our EDW Project, where you will be part of the Global IT Team, with the role being developed into our brand new site in Bangalore, India site.

    As a Delivery Manager this individual will ensure that leadership is leading project teams, managing taken in managing overall resources, and making critical decisions to drive project success. There will be critical criteria to manage around identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks and supporting us in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

    We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to show us the way in managing all our project stakeholders with best practice around communication and engagement, providing regular project status updates and addressing stakeholder challenges along with project scheduling, including the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical path analysis.

    What We Are Inspired By

    We would love to hear from individuals based in Bangalore, India who are leaders in project or program management and have a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within related fields. Familiarity with the Aviation industry or domain in which Unilode operates will also be sought as will knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices. We would like you to possess solid experience managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and making budgetary decisions to ensure projects stay within financial constraints too. Proficiency in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize project efficiency is critical and you will be able to provide specific examples based on your experience.

    We would also expect that you as an individual will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, information technology or engineering.
